If there was a lower star rating I'd give it. Baught what was supposed to be a new stove from them, drove 30 mins to get it just to end up bringing it home and it was scratched up and had big dents in the side. When I tried contacting the store they wanted me to use a damaged stove till they decided to send me a new one. Finally I found a new one at another lowes (i myself had to do the manager's job) had to go drive another 30 mins away to pick it up. Ordered online for pickup. Supposed to get email when ready. Days later, no email, cannot get through on main telephone, constant hold, and unable to reach a human being. Items show as being in the store. If you aren't going to fill my order, at least let me know.
Been trying to reach window treatment sales person all day. No one answers the main Lowes line, so I called the pro desk and was put on hold several times until someone answered who was not from window treatments. Wanted to put me on hold again and I decided to try the social media route instead. You really have to work way to hard to get Lowes to take your money.
Josh Esposito is one of the workers there and he is always so helpful and so friendly and conscientious. I finally found out his name and I wanted him to get recognition for the good work he does, it's a please shopping there and having a person like Josh take care of you
