Consistently met with poor customer service. Lowes Mount Vernon really needs to train their representatives better.
Out of stock on three of the four items I came for. Nobody to help me load a heavy item into my vehicle. I'll drive the extra couple of miles to Home Depot instead.
So many wonderful flowers to choose from...we pulled away with 3 flat carts of flowers!
We bought a brand new dishwasher from here 3 weeks ago. It's already crapped. Called to see if you will send someone to repair it, you wont, unless we purchased the extended warranty. The thing is 3 weeks old, and over $600. Shouldn't the existing warranty cover such things? Called the manufacturer of the dishwasher. They can't even send someone to repair it, because you sold us a THREE YEAR OLD model for the same price as a brand new one, without informing us. That was nice of you.
