On 9/26/20 about 10:00am I asked a employee of lowes where the pressure washers were. The Lady took a look at my mask and turned and walked away. The mask said "We The People" As I stand with my country as a Disable Vet. Needless to say I walked out of the store and will never return. Boycott Lowes for treating US Vets with such disrespect. I will never return

Don't even bother coming here. I called to check on an online order yesterday. The girl at customer service told me my order had been canceled. I asked why it was canceled. She responded "I don't know I didn't cancel it" I told her I'd called and talk to them twice last week and they had not even pulled my order after 2 days. So it didn't get assembled. poor customer service, poor return policy, poor quality of products!
Try getting some people in the store that can do something. Just had the worst experience in a retail store there....I wouldn't go back to the Mount Vernon Lowes if they were giving stuff away.
Good place to shop and love the military discount
We have been treated so poorly after giving business to the Mt. Vernon location. Our carpet that we chose to be installed was wrong the first time they put it in the home, then they tried to correct it and messed up again. On top of that we were charged for a more expensive carpet and the third party that was hired to install wrecked a lot of the paint on our spare bedroom walls. We have not been reimbursed in any way and have been fully taken advantage of. Please help us Corporate Lowe's
