So disappointed in their delivery service from the store in Brockport!! Bought a washer on Saturday, was to be delivered today....after numerous calls finding out no delivery, they rescheduled for Wednesday, no phone call to me, rescheduled again to Thursday...do they think people just enjoy sitting around waiting for their service, that doesn't happen and they don't even have the curtesy to call either time!!� Very mad and won't buy from them again for anything that needs to be delivered!! It's a shame that the store doesn't care that a dog was left for over 30 min in 80 degree weather parked in the sun and the store associate could care less besides a " oh yeah that's too bad" . I was calling the dog warden when the irresponsible owner finally came out. Unbelievable! You're dog friendly but yet you don't care about the dog that's roasting in a car of your parking lot!? Shame on you.
Terrible service. Corporate office isn't any better. Took over 2 hrs to place the order for our roofing supplies and when it was delivered only half of the order came.
Very helpful as always. Never a bad experience, or had to wait long for assistance.
Incompetent staff. Purchased an upright freezer on 20 Nov 16. I am a disabled veteran and choose for them to deliver the freezer. It was scheduled for 25 Nov 16 between 8-12. At 1pm I called the 1800# and was told the store never submitted for delivery. Sara was the representative I spoke to in NC. Very nice and was very helpful. But the manager at the Brockport store, Kevin, fed her and I what so far seems like a line of BS. He arranged with Sara that I would receive my delivery on 1 Dec 16 during the morning hours. My husband and I went into Lowes to purchase some items. After making our way to the front to pay for the items my husband shows them his veterans card that he has, which he has used before at Lowes, same location. He is then told that his card is not accepted as it is given by Monroe County. Excuse me but the veteran card you would accept my husband isnt eligible for at this time because it is the card that is issued if you are receiving health benefits or are financially eligible, which we are not as we make just a little ... read more
Favorite store.. Empolyees are so very helpful friendly knowledgeable.. All needs will be addressed at this store!! Lowes is the place to be Dog friendly ALL BREEDS which in my heart makes this store & employees the best of all great hearts & personalities THANK YOU TO ALL WHO HELPED US ON THIS DAY!!
