Thank you so much to Dann at the Lowe’s Brockport for not only listening to us explain that we didn’t receive our 10 lights 4 months ago but also finding them in the back of the store! A huge relief as we continue the snail’s pace on our basement remodel.
Went in for wood to build a loft bed there was some discount items in the front of the store. When we went to leave the truck was locked and my husband needed to go home and get the key at this time we were told we could not leave our stuff and come back for it. So I am sitting in Lowe’s so if you see RICH the guy that must be taking his bad day out on me today. I should be glad he did not make me wait outside In zero degree weather.
if you looking for new appliances, I would highly recommend Lowe's Brockport - ask for Meghan P. She was AWESOME. I picked out all my new appliances last night, no pressure on her part, explained the pros & cons of each item. Great Customer Service on her part!!
Bought a 5x10 gate and was charged twice for it. Told cashier and she called and it would be refunded. That was Friday 9/29. See how long it takes.
