This store has been giving us the runaround for over a week. We ordered a patio set on June 1st with the promise it would be delivered the next day. So today June 13th I still don't have it, although yesterday I did received a call with a 2 hour delivery window. Then today they called again and cancelled. No one knows what's going on. The store manager is rude, indifferent, extremely unhelpful, and he doesn't know the names of his employees. I was followed by an employee while shopping at Lowes in Carol Stream il. After being asking 20 times from same employee and being followed throughout the store the employee asked again do we need help, the answer was NO ! I had cart of paint supplies. No purse. I got irritated I said leave me hell alone. That's when 5 other employees come rushing up. The service is AWFUL we are missing parts from our special order and the people are so rude and don't even give you a chance to speak before interrupting you mid sentence. Will never give this place another $ still fighting to get things settled
