Your store in Carol Stream, IL today around 2 pm ish, the CASHIERS , women, were wearing masks that were completely loose and open on top, falling down and NOT good to prevent Covid. I am older and high risk. Not cool!
Tried to order 3 separate window coverings today online but had a few specific questions. I called their 1-800 # and was on hold for 15 minutes and hung up. Tried calling my local store and no one answered in the blinds dept. So, I drove to the store with all the details in hand for what I wanted to order. At the store no one was available to help. Lowes makes it so difficult to do business with them. I ordered $800 worth of blinds from HD.
You guys screw me up. Had delivery on Saturday ( 4/11 ) for my fridge with ice maker but the 2 delivery guys said they don’t know how to install the ice maker. Set up another appointment on Monday ( between 8:30 and 9:30am ) but I never hear anyone call me. Called you guys and spent 30 mins and someone hang off the phone on me.
I’m a VET, ❤️ the Vets parking only,not to mention Veterans discount for all your products, And the “Thank you for your service “ when I leave.
The worst store in the area. Everyone is rude, no help, and terrible customer service. I will literally never shop here again. Blinds department is TERRIBLE
Bought a replacement Key for one of our cars and took it over to Lowes to have them cut the key. They flat out refused and couldn't give me a sufficient explanation as to why not!!! I got a recommendation from a guy at O'reilly's auto parts store to go to ACE HARDWARE!!! Guess what they did?? ACE HARDWARE cut my key for FREE!!!!! Lowes you SUCK!!! I guess I'll shop ACE HARDWARE from now on!!! ACE HARDWARE ROCKS!!!!!!!
Store pickups have been inaccurate, with emails telling me to pick up items but nothing is available when I go to the store. Some workers are rude and act like they are inconvenienced by me asking for help finding items in the store.
So I wanted to price match an item, and this store lied to my face and told me the item is on clearance and they wouldn't honor the price. I understand the policy, that they don't price match clearance items. But I texted cooperate and woke to Megan and she confirmed the item is NOT ON CLEARANCE and I could price match it. I went there a second time and showed proof but they still wouldn't honor the lower price. Rude! Disrespectful! I'm going to a different store.
