My husband went in to get a sump pump and the woman was so helpful with her instructions and suggestions. He was able to install it without a hitch.
Terrible service. Purchased a washing machine 2 weeks back. They never delivered it. After several phone calls I am told they may not even have the product in store. Were the managers sleeping for last 2 weeks? They charged my credit card but never bothered to see if they can deliver the appliance.
Great customer service.....for late afternoon on A Sunday! 👍👍. Even short handed because someone went home sick!! Still ran into customer service people stopping me to ask if I needed any assistance! Didn't have nearly the choices in floor coverings I was seeking, but found everything else I was looking for!
