This Lowes location and their delivery company are absolutely terrible. We made a purchase, they missed 3 delivery days. We finally got our items and 1 was damaged. We then had to spend 2 hours on the phone to set up an exchange. The day of delivery was set and they never showed. We called and they were 20 min. Away. An hour and a half later they showed up with a damaged box and were not going to take back our original damaged piece. Such a nightmare.
Terrible costumer service.
Worst store in Illinois. Customer service is non existent. Phone calls go unanswered. Products are of shoddy I'll favored quality. Go to Menards
If I could leave no stars I would. Customer service here stinks. The last couple times we have gone here we had to wait for help and when an employee did come to help we have been told “I am covering for employee on break and not my department you will have to wait I cannot help you”must be a great place to work because whenever we go there the employee in whatever department we need is on break or we are ignored. We will shop elsewhere.
Big store a lot to choose from great service at St Charles Lowe’s
I just wanted to share that i had the best experience today shopping for a fort I am making out of pvc pipes for my son. Laura was very knowledgeable,great sense of humor, and very helpful. I was very please with her customer service. She went above and beyond with helping me find the items I needed and even went i grabbed a h cart for me. I was having a stressful morning and she made my day so much better. Thank you Laura!
