Very poor service. My wife and I bought a washer and dryer this past Monday. Our old washer and dryer stopped working. We were promised a delivery date for today Friday July 14th. We were also told that there were plenty in stock and someone would call Thursday evening to confirm the date but no one called. To our shock, we found out today that it can't be delivered due to the dryer being out of stock. Which is it in stock or out of stock? Lowe's, you lied to us and put us through a lot of trouble. My Mother had a refrigerator delivered to her apartment Friday afternoon..Landlord ordered with the door on the wrong side..Ask the guys to switch the door..they said they couldn't or it would void warranty..so landlord called store and they said they would come Sunday between 1-3. Called Sunday at 3 and said they could not come! They would be there this morning..well it is now 1:30 and nobody has come! My mother has a walker and is having a difficult time getting to the refrigerator! Terrible service!!!

I asked for help, and after the assistant guided me to the foset cover, another assistant came round the corner to ask if I needed any help. The second assistant then talked me through how to use the cover. Thank you Lowes.
