RecommendedThis must be the WORST Lowe's in the greater Charlotte area. Still no word on a washing machine that was supposed to be delivered on August 20th. The dryer was delivered on August 13th. Does anyone actually work in this store. Whenever my phone call is transferred, no one ANSWERS THE PHONE!!
Bought an "over the range" microwave online and went to pick it in Waxhaw up after the store notified us via email that it was ready. It should not take 50 minutes to pick up a microwave! Customer service at this location is horrible! The ladies in Customer Service were not only nasty to us but were nasty to her own co-workers! There's no excuse for this. There's a million people out of work in NC, hire friendly people with a helpful attitude! IF we continue to patronize Lowes, we will shop at the store near Promenade.
Horrible costumer service.. waiting weeks for an appliance delivery.. multiple calls .. no one has a clue as to what is going on!!
Love the location relative to our house. Was disappointed with our call to the store today when we were lied to regarding if the store sells tarps.

Just needed a simple key made. Went to the “hardware” desk... rang the “help” bell and stood there for 5 minutes while Lowe’s employees just walked right past me(with the alert still going off throughout the whole store. Y’all need to get some decent help in there. Off to Home Depot!!!
If I could give zero I would. Sent my pressure washer in for a warranty repair (wouldn’t start) had used one time and kept in garage. Got it back and it had been dropped (huge scuff on it) looked new when I brought it in there. Came back and Had mud on wheels, mud on hose and the port of the hose, some kind of powder coating (looked like corrosion) all over the components. I also feel like they put some used parts on it!!
