This is purely for the self check out experience. They have ONE checker "observing" the self check out stands, but there are ALWAYS problems with items not scanning or just general errors with the machines. Lately the stores cleanliness has been on the decline as well, the bathrooms are unkept and the overall appearance of the store is beginning to compare to a run down Home Depot.
We have been going to the Turlock store since they've opened and the Paint, Electrical and Plumbing have alway been great but lately it's been hit and miss in other Departments if we will get good customer service but today we were ignored by the Lumber Department. The Lumber Department has never really help us or asked if we needed help but all we needed was two boards cut. Long story short we just left everything there and left the store. This place has turned into self serve. They have employees running around and tells me to use the self serve one. I gave her my cart and walked out.
2 employees made me feel belittled as if I should know. I never got a your welcome. I used to love going to Lowe's but not now.
Very clean the man in the Paint Dept very helpful & the Girl that helped us in the floor dept was Grate and it wasn't her dept. But she new what she was doing thank you well be back!!!
