Don't say you can deliver in one week when you can't, I purchase a washer and its been six weeks and still waiting and the never answer the phone.
how does one get ahold of an employee here? waiting on carpet installation, was told I would hear back from them in the next couple days and havent heard anything. I've tried calling more that 20 times with no answer from any department. Im about to spend over $500 here and I'm strongly thinking of just going to home depot where I may get better service.

me and my sons and their sister were just there to get parts for our protottpe for our invention.the gentleman with a gray beard was extremely helpful in helping us find some 80 style sprinkler risers. the schedule 40 pvc just had too much flex. I recommend this store location to anyone! that man in plumbing section was awesome!

Poor customer service. Whatever you order is always delayed. Didn't like them from day one when I wanted to purchase carpeting and the clerks were in their cliques gossiping "too busy to help any customers". Staying with Home Depot!
