Worst customer service. Waited 3 weeks for a delivery for it to show up and not be what we paid for. Delivery men were rude never shop here
I received the worst customer service in the Abington Ma. store tonight by one of their managers! He was very nasty to me when i requested a refund for the delivery fee they charged me in error. It was supposed to be free since i had spent over a certain amount and he told me the fridge i purchased was not eligible for the free delivery because it was a "clearance" item however it was not on clearance and there were no stipulations in their policy.
