I've been waiting for a delivery. The window was 12-4, we called to see if they were running late understanding they are busy. Not one department answered the phone, I tried them all trying to get customer service or delivery department, and no call from the delivery drivers to say they are running late.
I bought an air compressor and parts at another store and thought I was missing some things. I stopped in to purchase them but wasn't sure what I needed. Store associate Mike, a skinny man in his late 40s, was able to help me with my needs and help understand how my machine worked even though I didn't purchase it there and ended up not needing to buy anything else. DON't ever use Lowe's for blind installation!!! $1500 & It was over an 8 week process to get our blinds fully installed. It would have been much easier to contact the installation people myself & not have Lowes playing the middle man! They didn't make contact with the installers 1x, 2 of my blinds were ordered too short, I was charged & sent an extra blind, they didn't place my replacement order for the blinds, finally there was no effort to expedite my replacement blinds that they forgot to order! Oak hardwood flooring. Installed it today and looks great! The lady in the flooring dept was very easy to work with and helped me out. She operated that forklift like a champ pulling down a full pallet of cases. Her helper was a big help loading my truck with me. Thanks guys!!
Went in yesterday for a few things ,went to the sevice desk to pay (which i have been doing. For years) and to pay my bill and was told by the young redheaded girl they dont do that there and to go to another register .she then qent back to stareing into space doing nothing
I bought a dishwasher there that didn't work and the service department took it back. When they did I spoke a man in the appliance section who found me a new dishwasher. Same color same size, $30 less. They loaded it in my vehicle and it works great!
Ridiculous when they only have one associate working in the appliance section of the store. There is more than one person who wants to speak to or buy appliance. Lowe's just lost a sale!
My Father bought a brand new gas dryer and had it installed. The dryer doesn’t work. Lowe’s won’t replace it and can’t send a technician out for another 5 days. So I guess once you pay they don’t seem to care if it works or how long you have to be without the brand new defective product before they will bother to come out and check. I told him Home Depot from now on.
