This Lowes has horrible customer service, I would recommend going down the turnpike a few more miles and heading to Home Depot! Very disappointed with the fact that they pride them selves on customer service and we've had a horrible experience with purchasing a grill. Now that the summer is basically over we still do not have a working grill and no one at this store cares that we spent our money for a product that should WORK! Managers are disrespectful and could care less about the customer. Do not shop here

Say hello to Lowe's lowest expectations !! We purchased a hardwood floor on 9-8-2016 with delivery scheduled to our house for today, 09-18-2016 that is. Instead of delivery , we received a phone call this morning, that the delivery truck is down for repairs and our floor will be delivered tomorrow, cause of the truck being repaired and all. Lowe's Newington store, not very good customer service. After buying (3) brand new in package blinds at another store on clearance for $4.91, I find (2) more of the same (used and out of the package) and also on clearance but for $ 17.00. I inquired of the price and asked for a match to what I had just purchased new in the package and was told, "No we can do $10.00 each", and "these blinds here are going up in price" Really? for used out of the package items?
