I would rate this no stars if I could. Went and picked out a fridge yesterday. Bought it and had it delivered to my apartment. When it got here, the delivery guys put it in the spot and almost ran out of the apartment. I looked at the fridge and the whole base of it was bent! Tried calling the store, got the run around. Told me to just use it until they can get me another one. Refused to take responsibility or anything. Worst customer service ever!!!
In the past month, my wife and I have spent $5K at this location as we have been renovating our home. Today I placed an on-line order, was sent a confirmation e-mail that it was ready, and drove to pick it up. I arrived to find what I ordered was not in stock and was not given a reason I was e-mailed a confirmation. I called customer service when I got home and was told it could not be shipped to me with shipping costs waived even though I already drove to another city to pick up what I purchased. Lowe's, show bees some love and stop selling bee-killing pesticides. We need the bees! Many veggies and fruits are dependent on these pollinators!!!!!
