I have never experienced such horrific customer service. We ordered some lawn furniture. I got a call the day before delivery saying it was out of stock and will hear back in 2 weeks. The next day delivery was actually attempted when we weren’t home to expect it. I called them to reschedule, and again I was told it was out of stock, and again some kid called a few days later saying it will be delivered next day, only the delivery never showed up. Been calling this store for 3 hours trying to get ahold of someone. I had 2 managers and an associate from Lancaster Lowe’s calling with me and no one answered the phone. All I needed was to see how much stock they had. Terrible.
I tried to reach an associate at at Lowes, but I kept getting disconnected and/or put on hold by the automated message system. I got disconnected three times, put on hold twice, and never did get to speak with a person.
Recommendedwe did kitchen remodel about 8 years ago, very satisfied.

People weren’t able to help, even you approached nicely, and I’m going to buyyyyy, not to get anything for free, to get attitude from anyone. Horrible customer service!!! Staff if they don’t like their job they most resign, there is a lot of people that needs job. Besides they were out of a lot stuff.👎🏽

Get name wrong in their computer. Deliver damaged products. Finally got a manager to reschedule for a Sunday Delivery and he puts in for Sat. Now 2 days no one answers phone, THIS IS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN
Beware. Terrible customer service! I ordered Kraftmaid kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities on November 3, 2017. Today is May 7, 2018 and I still do not have all the pieces. I have called @Kraftmaid numerous times and tried getting in touch with Michael Lundquist at the Lowe's cabinet design department but unfortunately I've had no luck.
