Even it doesn't deserve one star! I went there to buy few items. Only two cashiere are opn and wait 20 min to check out. Cashier is not nice at all. She doesn't accept coupon without trying. When I look for my card she keeps saying there are longline behind me hurry. OMG
Customer service was disgusting at this location. The assistant manager was useless, all he could say was sorry for his employees actions. May I make a suggestion, I have worked in the customer service industry for 30 plus years...it serves your best interest to satisfy the customer and attend to the situation with a sense of urgency. Friendly and professional staff whom will always find a time to help and explain without making you feel belittled.
Went to Lowes looking for a new washing machine. They gave me a great deal on a front-loading Maytag, with all the discounts, rebates, and sale prices I paid only $350 for a $900 machine! I go to them for all my kitchen appliances.
