Absolutely livid. Confirmed my appliance delivery/install for today twice, including this morning, and not only are they not showing up, but anyone who knows anything about it had left for the day by 3PM. I am doing a full kitchen remodel and needed a dishwasher early. Guess where I won't be buying the rest of my appliances?
Always great service and they always have treats for my dog Lulu. Ask for Russell, he's very helpful with hands on to assist you with your needs.
Why is it that when you order an item that needs to be delivered they always give you a window of time in which the delivery should occur which I will refer to as the ball and chain...twice within a month this has happened where the delivery was not only at the latter part of the window but they were late!!...
If you saw this review before, I have updated this because the store ended up being able to help us out afterall. After sending the fridge back and forth several times, we got it installed and they ended up giving us some $$ back for all our hassle. Again, understand that things happen and am glad they recognized that.
