Can’t take an order correctly
In good faith, I purchased several trees spending a significant amount of money from Lowe’s last May and June. Most are fine but 4 died at the top but not towards the bottom so I thought initially they were ok. Because I was three weeks past the one year guarantee, Mary and Jeanette refused to replace them. I will never shop at this Lowe’s or Lowe’s at all.

We needed a vacuum and they had what we needed at the price we wanted.

We were at Lowe's Lakewood location to buy a grill. Waited 30 minutes to have an associate to show up only to be snagged by someone else behind us. The customer service cashier was no apologetic and said I should've ran to grab the guy. To her credit, she did inter-com a bunch of times to get help for us. So why would she allow someone behind us to cut in front of us? When we finally got the associate, they couldn't find the grill we wanted even though their computer showed they have 4 in stock.
