RecommendedI placed a pick up order for 5/23 . I wish I would have caught the name of the young lady that helped me by making sure this store actually had the item. Inventory only showed a couple of them & she went out of her way to verify they had it. Otherwise, I would have had to travel a lot further or waited for a transfer, to find the item.
I called about an online order I places on the 19th that should have been in a week ago for some push fittings and the girl who answered the phone was rude and full of excuses rather than helpl I also keep getting emails about an order I already picked up WEEKS ago. The customer service in this story is crappy. I'll drive to Brighton from now on, or just go back to Home Depot. The stores aren't as nice, but the people are!

Dear Lowe’s Please look at the picture.. Had a wonderful installation crew... But have dropped the ball so many times this summer it is not even funny... Had the measurements before and told wouldn’t interfere with flooring! Northglenn Lowe’s Store # 246! Guess it interfered! Filed incident# 1-26467650981... Maybe the Store Manger might actually call me back this time!?!?!?
Went to 3 differents stores that claim to have canopy 10x20 lies..even the lady lied to me i called and ask she told me yes i go there and fucken nothing .. Your employees are useless lazy people...bad customers service Fuck you im going to home depot from now on...
Where do I start? After a few months of contemplating new cabinets in my kitchen. I had interviewed a few contractors and handymen, but couldn't get over the feeling that I might be taken advantage of or even worse be left with only a half of kitchen or something (you hear all the stories). I finally made a decision to go through Lowe's! I felt if I went through Lowe's I would save time, worry, and at least have a warranty.
