When I’m walking into Lowe’s on Havana and as I walk up to the open nursery gates the cashier says “this door is closed you’ll have to walk to the doors at the other end of the building” and then proceeds to close the gates in my face. Are you serious??! A new level of rudeness. Because allowing a customer to walk through gates that are open into a nursery that’s open is just too complicated. Lowes store on 104th!!! I Am assuming they all have the same DM's or higher managers! So thought I'd post my review on all the Lowe's FB pages until I get someone who is concerned!! Where do I start? An incredibly disappointing experience! I would give them zero stars if I could! Ordered a storm door in July and it arrived at the store July 31. As of October 7, it was still not installed. I husband finally did it because I was tired of waiting. Will not do business with them ever again!

11 am on a Sunday in spring. Two checkouts open. Lines are up in the aisles. Management is doing nothing. No customer service.
