They aren't very organized.
Customer service is horrible and that's an understatement. Went in today to pay for a $3000+ patio door we ordered 2 weeks ago and no one was able to help me. When I asked for the manager, case refused to come down and help me. I strongly recommend to stay out of lowes
The employees try to be very helpful, but the assistant manager is a jerk. I was trying to talk to him today and he just walked away from me, so he obviously isn't concerned about customer service.
Love the cashiers! The folks in paint not so much! A gallon of paint fell on my foot last night and no staff helped at all. Actually the guy working in paint said “Well this floors are meant to be stained”
