Huge selection, Terrific staff Lowes carries everything for the home. I love shopping here. They also have very low prices. The staff there is always friendly, available to answer questions, and I've never had to wait long in lines. They carry everything from lumber, to sheds, to tile, to appliances, to light fixtures, to tools. They have a nice sized gardening section. Great people I came in here with a project in mind, and when the staff wasn't able to help me, the manager himself came to find everything I needed and made excellent suggestions. HIghly recommend for the quality of service!
They sucks Their customer service is really bad. Especially customer service manager, not only he didn't appologize about the mistake, he acts like he is doing my favor to fix it. I will never go back to the store again. I would rather go Homedepot right across the street, which I should've done it at the first place.
disappointment My wife and I went into the Lowes Home Improvement store in Ballwin and ordered some doors for our house. Someone called Tom with the store left a message on my answering machine to tell us that the doors had come in and asked us to call him back at 636-527-8805. I tried to call and discovered that it is a toll call. This made me angry, because we live only a few miles from the store. Find it at Lowe's Here's a store you can really sink your hammer into. You can find just about anything that you are looking for here. And the prices are pretty reasonable as well. In the spring and summer they offer plants galore. Take your pick from small sapling trees to lucious rose bushes, or perhaps you are thinking of a vegetable garden. Well, they have those too. I recommend Lowe's for your gardening needs as well as your home repair needs.
Lowes of Killeen What has happened to customer service in the Lowes of Killeen? When they first opened the store the employees there were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable people. Now it seems like the only voting age adult you'll talk to is the receptionist that answers the phone (normally female) that doesn't know the difference between a nail and a garden spike, and forget about anybody in the store being able to help you find what you need. Now, I have never been to Lowe's of Killeen, but as a employee of Lowe's of North Seattle, I know I can speak with some certainty. Marty C, high school age kids can NOT work at Lowe's.
