Stand by their products. They sold Iris as their security system, then decided to discontinue it, but will only refund items bought in the last 90 days. So they lose a customer who has spent over $1000 in the last 2 days over refusing to refund just over $100 of product.
We bought a dish washer at the end October 2014 and after we installed it we noticed it had a leak. We went back to Lowes and exchanged it for a different model and bought their installation package this time. I took a vacation day to be home for the day of installation 12-05-14. Lowes installation team came to our house and asked us to put up our dogs. While we were putting up our dogs the contractor left. Talk about customer service! I went in with my both my girls (age 3 and 1.5) and cashier, Brenda offered to read a book to my girls while I got help with a product and the head cashier, Melissa was wonderful when my lowes credit card was declined and helped me get the issue resolved! Brenda even bought the book and gave it to my girls, I just about cried! They were so sweet and helpful when my girls were cranky and tired. Thank you ladies for showing such kindness to this mama!
DELORIS gave me the worst customer service I've ever received from this location! This woman comes off as: rude, aggressive, abrasive and inconsiderate! I even told her what my concerns were and she intentionally ignored them and proceed to leave a bad taste in my mouth! I have no idea how she got promoted to management! Again that's DELORIS avoid this inconsiderate person ASAP!
