Won't be back. They wouldn't let us check out with our merchandise because it was 10:05 pm. Had been a Home Depot customer until August, when we moved near this Lowe's. In the past few months we have spent a lot of money with them - buying a new washer/dryer and new cabinets. We will now be driving further to Home Depot where we know we will get the kind of treatment customers deserve.

only 2 registers were open. it would be nice if self checkout was installed.
This is the cleanest store in the area and the people are extremely friendly and helpful.
Awful service at LOWES today! Only 3 registers open with 25 people in line however when I got to the front they closed the register. The cashier informed me that I would have to go back to the end of the line as she was closing. When I asked if that made sense with how busy they were she replied that it was not her problem. If they missed their sales goal by $50 today they can find my business at Home Depot.
