I will never shop this store again. Bought a washer on credit and paid it off when I was suppose to and what do they do??? Cancel my card . Now I know it's not actually Lowes but they still associate with a banking institution that does this. Not that I planned on using card but this does affect your credit..
I purchased 4 appliances over the course of a year along with the extended warranty. I asked when I purchased how does Lowes keep up with the warranty. Lowe's response "it's in the system." I called today four times but magically no warranty information can be found. I know I am not the only person this has happened to. Please contact me so maybe we can file a class action lawsuit.

Well I can't say that I hated it but I will say that when the department your calling fails to answer not once but three times and in between the the five times you call you hear an operator pick while speaking to another person then immediately disconnect the call. Can you say rudeness boys and girls. Well I can. I guess I am off to Home Depot!!!!
This store is very inconsiderate I purchased a DEFECTIVE product and Chad nor Donson was willing to help. I stepped outside my comfort zone of Homedepot and gave Lowes a chance. I will never shop and Lowes even if they are the only one that have the product that I need. I would rather do without it.
I like Lowe's, but I often order online so I can pick up in store quickly and conveniently. The issue is EVERY time I have done this, I then spend a minimum of 10 minutes waiting at the front of the store while they go find my order in the back and bring it up to the front. If the expectation is that pickup is supposed to be quick and convenient, you shouldn't have to wait so long.
