I took my sons to the monthly Build and Grow event at this store. This employess running it were WONDERFUL. They were polite, patient, and helped everyone but espically my son while I was working with my other son. Shanalee and Marian were great and deserve to be recognized.
On Tuesday evening, I ordered 50 pieces of 16' composite decking online. It was delivered in under 24 hours. I'm impressed!
Asked for a military discount and was told we had to go to Customer Service. Instead, we left our merchandise and went to Home Depot across the street. We only have to show our ID card there. Not very military friendly to shop there anymore.
Mgmt Obviously has no Concern For Customers!! Corporate Customer Service Forwarded an issue with Install on Friday to Store Manager who was supposed to Contact in 24 hrs. 4 Days later No Contact, Called Customer Service again, now being Escalated to Marketing Director for Action!! have spent a lot of Money in this store and appalled by Situation!!
I have been trying to get carpet installed for over a month. The company that Lowes works with doesn't want to do the work and wants me to do half the install myself. I have been in to talk to Lowes management and I still have NO carpet.
We needed ONE piece of wood cut. Ended up waiting 30 mins, talked to 4 employees just to FINALLY be told that the saw doesn't work. There was no sign saying out of order. The first 3 employees we talked to said "they had to find someone who can cut it" Well, after waiting 30 mins I decided to call the store because I was sick and tired of walking around trying to find someone. I called and the woman that answered was VERY rude and said "are you in the store now? The machine doesn't even work. Can you read the sign or not?" E... read more
I was lucky to encounter Auggie in the garden dept, who helped me muddle through some decisions. Gal in garden found me the bamboo tomato stakes I've been searching for, and cashier guy was pleasant and helpful.
