Thoughts on Lowes in Portage today. I spent 3 hours in an attempt to spend nearly $3,000. I walked in with the item numbers of what I needed. While the staff was friendly, three of them couldn't figure out how to get an invoice put together so I could order any of my items. Once again I must drive to Lowe's in Michigan city. Portage is full of pleasently untrained idiots.

LOVE LOWE'S! The only complaint I have is maybe the new young employees need a bit more tRaining on helping the costumer until they are satisfied-NOT until they think their done. But the selection is always great!

I think one person is trained on shade cutting machine and she works weekends, go figure. It is unbelievable there. Limited or no constraining on this machine. Worst place to do business, go to menards.
