Good selections. Great employees
Bought fridge .., waited one day for delivery , freezer frosted over in one day .., spent another day waiting for repair ... needed a new appliance ... third day waiting got jacked around and literally spent the day waiting for delivery was told several different times . Food sat out four hours ! They will do nothing to compensate for my lost time or food . Total the worst customer service !

If I could have rated it a zero I would have. Very disappointed with service. Bought a table saw on Father’s Day for my husband, didn’t have it in stock,but was told it could be ordered and here in a week. As of today June 30th it’s still not there . Called 7 times today because I was told Thursday it would be sent from Michigan City store in Portage for pick up. Still no table saw paid for product and have nothing to show for it. I bought new cabinets and countertops I use their credit card. As I pay off their credit card they keep lowering the amount of my credit to just above what I owe on it. As soon as I get my next statement or I may just call pay off the money I owe them. And never shop at Lowe's again. You just made a Menards customer.
Ordered appliances specifically to get them the next day but they put in the incorrect address now im waiting another day and taking off work to get them. No one will take responsibility or do anything to fix it. Ill go elsewhere from now on.

DON'T EVER BUY & GET A FENCE FROM LOWES!!!!!!!!!! I've had nothing but headache & frustration since the get go. This has been going on since MAY. the fence is "installed", but i have a 4-5 inch gap to the base of the fence. I initially spoke with the fence installers True line fence company- to have the fence lowered & flush to the ground. Their response was to put dirt underneath. Horrible service, the manager Carl is no help whatsoever either. Ordered a washer & dryer 5 days ago and they still cannot deliver it. Clearly states on your website “Next Day Delivery Available”, and it shows several stores in the area that have this model in stock! Ordered off the website and they chose Portage Lowes who says they don't have the item in stock! You had 5 days to get it from another store and deliver on the date promised.
