Among other things, I tried to by a Rubbermaid white laminated shelf 15.75 inch depth. The item was not in store but available at stores outside of Manhattan. Price $18.78. When asked if I could have it delivered for in store pickup I was told no and only home delivery was available for a flat rate of $125. I purchased a grow light on Monday with my Visa credit card or debit they take the money right away and it didn't work it was broken so yesterday I returned it this morning I called the ass with my money it was not refunded to my credit card it could take up to 48 hours but they take my money right away and they blame it on the bank it's not the bank
This store does not stand up to any other Lowe's I've done business with. They did a poor remodel job over a year ago and have not made it right. The managers do not return calls. The receptionist is not nice and will not give out information you can find just by looking at their site online!Until they fix what they messed up I would not recommend them.
