Went in to buy carpet and tile for my project. Went to associate in flooring and asked for assistance. Was told he would page someone after 20 min of waiting for help. I left and went to home depot down the street and spent $1000.00 on flooring. CUSTOMER SERVICE people !!!
FYI Lowe's. At one of your lawnmower dept associate's recommendation, I tried the TruFuel pre-mix 50:1 ratio 2cycle fuel for my ryobi weed trimmer. It worked fine on Saturday. Today it won't start. Got fuel. Got spark. Swapped spark plug. No love. I can't decide if this is a coincidence or not. I can't prove cause, but the order of events tells me that fuel caused me problems.
Over all they are fine, but yesterday I want straight to the front desk. 3 employees were discussing something. I waited one walked away and then the other 2 continued to discussion. I am sure it was about work, but after 3 minutes the female turned to me and said, he will be with you in a FEW minutes and she walked away. I just had a quick question. Matt in outdoor tools area was absolutely amazing! I was there today to buy chainsaws with donation money for Rockport, TX. The need came in that there's not enough chainsaws, blades, oil, etc..So I came in asking for help in guiding me to the best deals & products for such a big job for the community of Rockport. His knowledge & guidance helped to bring ease to such decision making! Customer service was outstanding! Rockport citizens say "Thank You!"

Had all the windows replaced in my house, after the first hard rain the area under each window was wet. Called the store and the installer came out looked and said it was done right, the total time he was here 10 minutes. Called the store manager and he contactor informed him of finding and said there wasn't a issue.. Next step legal action.. Not a good place to spend any money.
Caught a motherfucker cutting the locks on my trailer.. I was parked right up front by the pro entrance!!!
