I am currently experiencing the worst customer service from any retail store that I've ever had. I ordered a pool cleaner online had it sent to the store and they have manage to lose my package in the store and it's now been 2 weeks. Every single person I talk to does not know what is going on. So today, we got shafted by Lowe’s. They were hired to install windows. The installer made a real mess. Two weeks later. Someone shows up to fix it. They can’t fix it without doing damage to the siding. They want us to take $375 and sign off. We are at a stalemate. Done with being loyal customer. Rane

well Friday when I came an ask for help to buy an air conditioner .the employees didn't have time to help so I lifted the box my self. I had plans doing more shopping but the way I was treated. I was very upset with the way I was done. this was the one in kyle at parkway. no am sorry ..or can we help.
