This store has terrible service. We bought new carpeting here. I asked 4 different times to call me on my cell phone when the estimator was coming and when the estimate was done as well as setting up the actual install. I just like most people work and mostly use my cell phone. They have yet to do that, they left messages on our home phone. Also I have returned carpet warehouse " Lowes contrator" call to set up the install , each time I call I get a voice mail and no call back. While I live on the Eastern Shore I work in Beltsville and on occasion have gone to this location when my husband isn't able to pick up what we need. I have never had an issue finding someone to help me locate what I need ( never can find someone available at Home Depot ). Today I was especially grateful as I was picking up sand and gravel and unable to lift the bags. I got help loading them on my cart and into my car. A huge Thank You to the gentleman that helped.
just shame on lowes for not making the delivery with a black driver. hame the hell on you., and the customer. was the customer so dam special.............your the reason for so much of these problems ith racisl issues....YOU AND THAT CUTOMER AND I WILLL MAKE DARN SREI NEVER VER COME TO LOWES AGAIN AND WILL PASSS THE WORD. jmk
