We made an in store purchase on 6/14/2020 for a refrigerator. Because of covid we were told delivery may be backed up a little. OK. fine. We recieved an update that the refrigerator would be delivered 07/05/2020 then it was pushed 07/31/2020. It is now 08/07/2020 and still NO refrigerator. We called customer service and they stated that they didn't have the order at all. Had my front door measured for a storm door replacement over a month ago. Still waiting on my estimate so I can pay and get my storm door replacement. Now, I'm working on getting my $35 door measurement fee back.
Long-time Laurel Lowe’s customer. Always find their associates to be very helpful. Purchasing wall-to-wall carpeting which is a big decision. Have been helped by an awesome gentleman named Wilberforce Hope along the way. He humored my endless questions and handled indecisiveness with ease. He was knowledgeable and patient...exactly what I needed to make a decision. Working with him made biting the bullet on the price much more tolerable. Grateful for his help!
Went to buy an outdoor chair set. First mistake I made was walking into this store. I located the item on the third shelf up so it required assistance. I locate a few guys in this department and after making eye contact I seen the fear in their eyes as they knew I was gonna ask them to do some assistance, they quickly without hesitation turned and tried to go the other way to avoid me. I go to Lowes to p.u mdse that was paid for in advance. Lowes employee brings this box up. What an idiot. Why the he'll would you bring a smashed box up and visible damage to the product. This box should have never made it up to the front of the store for p.u. Now you have to go back and pull another and loaded it on a cart. Now to top off the LOW experience at Lowe's, we don't have another one in stock. Well you better get one by Monday to the store as I have a plumber coming to set it.
Worst store ever! If you open at said time have enough people to man each station nobody at prodesk and one register open!
