Staff was flippant and too busy chatting with each other to help us. I found a fountain I wanted - the only one listed as a "resin rock fountain" with a tag with that exact description hanging saying it was on sale. At register we were accused of moving the fountain to where the sign was. Really? This 51 year old woman is gonna move huge boxes around on high shelves to cheat the store? We ordered new cabinets for a custom kitchen/ island install in MAY. We were charged and have been paying for this expensive upgrade. LONG story short, it's still not done. The original order was wrong, subsequent orders have had (very expensive) damaged parts...NOT from shipping. Worst part is the Lowe's install team and management don't follow up, fail to return calls, and really don't seem to care about us. STAY AWAY, I regret ever trusting them. We can't seem to get anyone to take us seriously with this company.
