The employees are hateful,threatening and homophobic. My money will not be paying for her check. Buyers be aware with who is taking your money.
Went to exchange my Craftsman hand tool. They refused to honor the warranty. They said they would only give me Craftsman for Craftsman. I would love that!! But unfortunately they don't carry Craftsman hand tools. Duh!
RecommendedBetter then Home Depot, always clean, usually has what I need and great customer service. If you need tools go and see Dave, great customer service.
Second time in a month the cashier tried to charge more than the listed price. Once on fertilizer, once on paint. Same thing a few months back on lightbulbs. Good thing I watch the cashier carefully.

Thanks for not honoring your own ad in house. Not even a manger would come up and tell me why. Sad to lose a customer over $40.00.
Ordered a fridge online and waited all day for them to deliver . I got 3 different time windows and it is now 7:20 pm and they said 45 more minutes this is unexceptionable for such a big company. I surely will NEVER buy from them again horrible service . Too late to cancel or I would have . So pissed right now !
