I am highly disappointed in Lowe's in Clinton, MD. I had a consultation to get a deck built on my home on May 14th. I received a quote on a deck and never heard from them again. I have contacted them on numerous occasions ready to sign a contract and again No Action. When I finally got a response the agent said that my information was forwarded to the contractor and I should here back at the beginning of the week. Thank you Ms. Freeman for your excellent customer service. I returned a Lowe's carpet cleaner and was a little upset that I was not going to get my deposit back. You stepped in and made it work. I was having a bad night because my basement flooded but you made everything so much better. Thanks again.

I went to this store to buy 4 screws. Had to buy a package of 5 screws and nuts instead. Went to checkout. No human cashiers in sight. Only open self-service units said "card only." So I ended up using a credit card to pay $1.36. Can't help wondering what it costs Lowe's to process such a transaction. Got to the door, someone was checking for receipts. Made me wonder if there would be less theft problems if they used some money to hire a human cashier instead of a security person.

The reason why I chose 1 star is because you do not offer a 1/2 star. The service at this store is below ridiculous. I visited the store for an extremely simply purchase for a flower pot, I left totally discussed. Around 3:15 pm I went into the gardening department, I wanted to see the flower pots that were above my height. Next to the shelving was a ladder that clearly stated for the customer not to climb. Customer service really sucks....another customer helped me get tiles down off a stack 10 foot tall and still the man paged never showed, cashier never said thank you until I did, and no loader out front.....now I know my dad doesn't come to this lowes

I needed to purchase a clothes dryer. Unfortunately, there was ONE employee assigned to the area and he was extremely busy writing a contract for the customer ahead of me. He paged another employee, but she was busy also. I waited nearly an hour for service only to discover the dryer I wanted was not in the Clinton store. Linda was very, very helpful. She showed me how to order it online from the Largo store. Nearly an hour waiting is unacceptable, however, Linda was great.
