Terrible customer service! Rude staff, dirty
The customer service department needs help. Signage isn’t clear, curbside pickup takes by far longer than 15 minutes and they NEVER answer the phone at the customer service desk. Paint section didn’t have someone there for 30min until I FINALLY got the lady at customer service to call someone over the loud speaker. I know it’s a tough season but this is terrible.
Home Depot is way better at getting orders right the first time, and their customer service at least in my experience is far greater. I placed an order which contained 4 items, one of which are two 20gal footlockers which were not delivered on 28 July 2020. This is the worst store ever!!! They have horrible customer service. We bought a lawnmower online for curbside pick up and we ended up having to pull our own order from the shelves. Then to make matters worse they sold my stove that was in stock and purchased 6/27 and SHOULD’VE been delivered 6/15. No call, no email, no response to my corporate complaint. Now corporate is saying it’s on back order and I’m without a stove until August!! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! I’ll take my business to Home Depot from now on.

The curbside pick up is a waste of time. I placed an order online for three packs of bamboo stakes. When I arrive to the store it took more than 15 minutes for anyone to pick up. Then my order was brought to me. I was given the order and told the receipt was in my email. When I got home I had one bag of bamboo stakes and was charge for three bags of bamboo stakes. I am now on a call trying to contact Lowe’s in Clinton and I have been on the line and pressed the #2 key to reach curbside pick up for 53 minutes and still no one... read more
I recommend avoiding this place. Horrible neighborhood. People on drugs wondering around behind the store. The people working inside could care less what you need or want. Positively disgusting.
this store needs to take a look at the Waldorf store. there the improvements have really been effective. Clinton store is dirty. too many associates just standing around, rude when asked s a question.
