Lowe's was extremely helpful to us in dealing with a "lemon " refrigerator we purchased and had a manufacturer's one year warranty. Despite the Haier "customer representative's" rude and unhelpful response, Allison Sitterding , our Lowe's contact persevered. As soon as we were out from under Haier's warranty, lowe's refunded the entire purchase price, and we were able to get a new appliance. Allison Sitterding is an excellent representative for Lowe's! We could not have asked for anyone more caring and helpful!
I was not greeted at the front door. I walked around the store picking up items from ratchet sets to indoor plants without notice. The only thing I appreciate was the military discount but even so Home Depot was cheaper. I recommend better customer service.
