The worst lowes in the entire USA! I am ashamed for our city to have such poor representation of a company that has always meet our needs until now. Asheville, NC Tunnel Rd... Worst Ever!
Absolutely horrible customer service here. I'm sorry that people are not happy in their life, but it doesn't get the permission to be rude to other people. I have never been treated like that at the one in West Asheville.
I returned a battery-powered trimmer with no problem. I decided to look at a different trimmer. I could not find it in the aisle so I ask an associate for help. He couldn't have moved any slower or acted like he cared any less. He looked up the trimmer and said there were 4 in the store. He looked and said "I don't know where they are." He slowly looked up and down the aisle then started straightening a shelf. So I left. No customer service. His name was Chris.
Holy crap, I have never been treated worse! I was asking an employee for help and he walked by me like I didn't even exist. He then turned around and said "I'm dealing with too many people right now" okay? Ask someone to help you. This is your job. If you need help, ask for it.
The staff was so help! The lady in paint walked up through every step. She was wonderful & helpful. And Kathy(in returns)....you're an amazing lady! You made my trip easy & you made it fun for the kiddos. THANK YOU KATHY! I'd love to share a picture of my kids tonight at Lowes with you.
Don't order anything from this store !!! I've always experienced trouble dealing with this lowes. By far the worst customer service ever, the lady that answered couldn't tell me if the person I wanted to talk to was there so I asked to speak with someone that does know and she hung up on me, I don't think this store can be any worse. My cabinets that I purchased that was in Stock when they charged me for it. They must of sold them again after I paid for them (which lowes has done it to me before) That is a crime and that nee... read more
