Lowes Simi Valley. the fact that you charge me to come out and measure for flooring and DO NOT disclose that I don't actually get the measurements is not ok. I'm not a happy customer
We bought a refrigerator on Sunday. They verified that the refrigerator was in stock. We set up delivery for Wednesday. We get a call this evening saying that the refrigerator is not in stock. We talk to somebody in the store that said unless they actually put your name on it as sold we can sell it to somebody else. That's exactly what they did now we don't know when we were going to get our new fridge. Never buying from Lowe's again. That's a total disgusting way to do business.
I just left Lowes home improvement store in Simi Valley very pissed off I was at the carpet department area trying to buy some carpet so my Grand son that works for Lowes in the lower desert hit the call button and we waited and waited for about 15 min. and a female worker comes up to us and said she would be right back after about 10 more min. we hit the help button again and again the same lady comes up and said oops I forgot about you and leaves to help someone else not that made me feel very discriminated so after about ... read more
