They've screwed up two jobs and both times tried to blame me, the customer for their incompetence and tried to lie their way around the fraud they tried to commit by trying to have me pay to fix the mistakes they made.

I ordered my fridge on November 21st, 2017. I was told a week till it would be available for delivery. Today, December 28th, 2017 I am being told it will take two more weeks. I have called to check on my purchase with no assistance in getting my purchase with I have already paid for on a credit card and am paying interest. Lowe’s Corporate - please help get this resolved. I have been polite and it is getting me no where.
It's taking us weeks longer to refurbish our rental due to the slow processing of payments to our Lowe's pro account with Synchrony bank. There is still a huge check not credited that was written before Christmas. So disappointed and we will cancel this card as soon as the house is done and everything is processed. Never again. Totally ridiculous how this has held up materials and supplies so that work stopped with our contractor.
