We purchased a Bosch dishwasher and had literally the worse experience with dealing with the whole “ installation” process. We had to call multiple times to schedule the install date. EIGHT days later our dishwasher arrives only to be left in the laundry room. We definitely returned and went to Home Depot!! Home Depot definitely has a better grasp on customer service!
I viewed space heaters and clicked on at the Spring Hill, TN store box. It brought up 2 heaters. I clicked on each one and it said unavailable at the Spring Hill, TN store! Seriously...what a waste of my time! I think a monkey could have designed this useless site!
Decent price on a washer we bought, but funny how Lowe's thinks "Next Day Delivery" for product in stock at the store less than 2 miles from my house means 12 days from now. Either do what you say you will do, or don't advertise it!
Huge shoutout to Lowe's (Spring Hill, Columbia, and Tullahoma) for volunteering many hours of time and labor, not to mention $$$ to renovate a couple of the houses at The Tennessee Children's Home in Spring Hill!!!!! You guys are pure AWESOMENESS!
Understaffed, unmotivated and unhelpful. I will not be back. If I need a light bulb and they had the last one I would go without.
