Worst experience ever at this Lowe's. Most unhelpful people ever. Would not recommend buying appliances here.
Super frustrated with this store. They are past due on laundry machine delivery, leaving me in a really difficult place. And customer service is so bad. Phone calls are loops of being transferred and put on hold only to talk to someone who can’t seem to help.
Lowe’s customer service is horrible. Lowe’s delivery is horrible. They made promises and assured us delivery and did not come through. I called local store and corporate. Worst experience not once, but twice in a six month period!
The 1 year warranty on trees only applies if you prevent the receipt from fading out within a year. I just lost my own and my companies’ last $300 at this chain. Good thing Home Depot has a stronger brand and better Pro Rewards.

Purchased a bathroom remodel that was sub contractor to quality builders. One of the worse experiences, they have yet to finish the job and do not intend to. The designer for lowes and contractor were never on the same page never any communication between anyone. I had to finally do the scheduling for them. Paid 22,000.00 for an unfinished bathroom, now I will have to pay another 4,000.00 to have it done correctly and completed. Contractor left trash in attic and in the crawl space.
