After shopping, I had dead battery on my car. The employees made every effort to help me. Asking if anyone had cables, got the car parked in front of me to move so the could jump start and called m my home to tell my wife I was stranded. Thank you for you efforts to assist an elderly man in need of help.
I needed 2 pieces of plywood cut into 6 inch planks. I've had this done countless times before with no issue (8 boards in one day in fact ). Today I was told no that you wouldn't cut the 2 boards. Then after waiting around for 20 minutes to talk with a manager another worker came over and said he could do the cuts but would have to charge me .50 cents per cut. I wasn't going to pay a dime for cuts I've had done for free. Needless to say I headed to Home Depot in Kyle instead and they happily cut all my boards for me for free... read more
We had 25 boxes of tile, and a bunch of other things. Frank was absolutely AMAZING and helpful. He said he has 25 years of tile experience and offered help, I can't compliment him enough!!!!! We also had a younger gentleman help load tile from pallet, super friendly as well!!! Thanks guys, y'all are doing it right!!! Brad & Janine Summers appreciate you!
Worst service of my life there! We were there yesterday and we asked for the military discount just like we always have at any Lowes or Home Depot and this young kid of about 17 questioned my son-in-law about his military ID trying to say it was expired! He served in Iraq and Afghanistan and just returned home last year!! Then they sent another young girl to question it still acting like they wouldn't honor it! Unbelievable! If I could post zero stars I would. The customer service at the location is the WORST. Toni one of the managers here charged me for items that I didn't even purchase on my Lowe's card becuase of a mistake that she made while checking out my items. After asking her numerous times to void the transaction she refused and did NOTHING to return the money that was put on my card. I had to call the credit card company to reverse the transactions. SCOTT HENDRICKS the store manager also did NOTHING. A complete nightmare.
