Terrible service 2 days in a row. 1 checker open 15 people deep. Twice now we have gone and everything was mispriced! I had to run across the store for pricing because our checker wouldn't do her job! Its not hard to pick up your walkie and ask someone! I will go out of town to Home Depot before I'll go back here!
My mom was just at your San Marcos, TX location. She wished to purchase kitchen cabinets. She asked for help in Spanish. Your associates told her no one spoke Spanish. They didn't bother calling other departments to get a Spanish speaking associate. My dad got there to help her and he asked if anyone spoke Spanish. Again your associates said no. I called your store and the front end manager told me she speaks Spanish. Your associates were rude, insensitive, and unprofessional.
Went into the store today to get blinds. The lady that works in that department, Mary, was incredibly rude. She spoke to us like we were some sort of enemy. We had sat down on the edge of something ( very sturdy ), and were waiting for her. My hips were in such excruciating pain, and she didn't know that. Just wanted to bark at us. She claimed that it was store policy because of covid. However, I saw a whole family walk by without masks and she said nothing to them.
RecommendedI ordered a fridge back in May with a delivery date of 6/18/20. Long story short, I was notified it wasnt going to happen on 6/17/20 and for many different reasons, this was unacceptable. I was able to have a fridge in my house that night due to the help of Samuel who works in the store, manager Mike, and delivery guys Brad and another kind gentleman. Thank you for getting it done guys! Your extra effort is appreciated!

This place is awesome. Some of the most friendly folks you could imagine. The young lady that checked me out, Donna, she lost her voice but was still just as upbeat and pleasant as could be. This store actually has not one, but two designated veteran parking spots. How awesome is that? I choose to not use either of them. I’m sure there is a veteran that needs to park up front. Thank you Lowe’s so much for supporting the American veterans.
