Since I moved here 20 years ago, I have used Lowes exclusively for every need I've had in my home. I am done with them. I ordered custom doors on October 3rd, they told me they were in so I went to pick them up, but no doors, they lost them. They rush re-ordered over two weeks ago. Still don't have them. Called and was promptly put on hold and ignored, then transferred to no mans land. My next stop will be to contact the Corporate offices. Bought a new refrigerator tonight and saved $200 with the military discount! Ron in appliances was excellent!
I wish I could give them a zero. Had carpet installed. Was supposed to install on a Friday morning. They started installing at 3:00 that afternoon and finished at 11:00 at night. Every seam was poorly done. They installed the transitions wrong going into the bathrooms. A few Saturdays ago, they were supposed to come out to fix. Cancelled. Today they came back out and the "repair" guy tells that the carpet is damaged and will have to be replaced.
