service is great and prices are good
Very poor customer service. You would think a company as big as Lowe's could afford to fix their delivery trucks. They have not had a delivery truck working to delivery our fence for over a month, they are always broken down. It will be my last time doing business with Lowe's
I had cleaning products and the cashier didn't bag my items? Since when does the customer bag their own items? Not to mention, it held up the other customer behind me.
Never do surveys just finished one for this location though. I needed a Christmas tree having surgery soon so on the worst cold windy snowy day Ann helped me. Even trimmed the bottom and assisted to the car. And wished me luck. Exceptional
I am still waiting for them to finish my flooring install which was started in April of this year. The flooring still needs areas of repair while my bathroom trim work around my doors are still off because they can't and won't come to complete the job properly. I say properly because they have been out several times with woodwork that doesn't even come close to matching what I already have. As long as you don't need any help...it's fine...good selection of products. Employees need to be trained in customer service and coached in politeness. I needed plywood cut and literally had to search for someone willing to help me and then I had to interrupt 4 employees chatting after waiting several minutes for one of them to acknowledge me. Finally, one of the 4 called another employee over to help me...he was very helpful. I also searched for sanders for a while and finally pulled out my phone and found them that way. I... read more
